You always think the bag won't live up to the pictures, but when I opened I was more even more impressed. I think the quality is better than Ferragamo, Tumi and some other brands I considered. My wife, coworkers and boss have all made positive remarks. I would recommend this bag to every professional. Plenty of room for my laptop and everything else.
