MyBriefcases.com offers free shipping on orders over $100.00 that are shipped within the continental
MyBriefcases.com uses UPS and offers various shipping options including: UPS Ground Service; UPS 2nd Day Air; and UPS Next Day Air.
We work with various manufacturers and use our best efforts to ensure that your product orders ship with 1-2 business days of receipt, but timing is not guaranteed and may differ by product. Please be aware that orders comprised of more than one brand will likely arrive on different days due to varied processing times that are manufacturer specific.

Return Policy
Our return policy is refreshingly simple! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return unused or defective merchandise for 30 Days from your order date, with no restocking fee! You may choose between a prompt exchange or a refund. The exception to this general rule is for personalized, special order/bulk orders, and clearance items, which cannot be returned.
When returning an item to us you should use a shipper that provides a tracking number, like UPS. We do not pay for shipping items back to us and all items must be in the same condition you received them. You must send the item back with all hang tags attached and in the original packaging. Any adjustments will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase. Your card will be credited the price of the item any applicable taxes. This credit, however, will not incorporate the original shipping costs. A credit will appear on your credit card account after MyBriefcases.com has received and processed the returned item. Please be aware that Exchanges are charged a $10 fee to send the exchanged item through UPS Ground Service.
Your credit card company may take some time before it reflects the credit on your account and the amount of time typically varies by Credit Card Company. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Return Procedure
You must email us at Returns@MyBriefcases.com to receive your return and exchange instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (“RMA”). Without an RMA number your return or exchange will not be accepted. When emailing us please provide your order details (name, address, order identification number, item number, and purchase date) because we’ll need this information to identify you in our system and fast track your return or exchange.
